What you can contribute

• Manage assigned objects on organizational, technical, and personnel levels, and assume responsibility for relevant processes, both in normal and exceptional situations
• Guarantee, qualitatively and quantitatively, the required operational and intervention availability of specific objects and systems intended for higher military and civil command levels
• Ensure intervention planning, including the organization of on-call duties and military service, and provide training for the troops and third parties.
• Support construction projects as an operator
• Provide deputy support for the manager in their absence

What makes you unique

• Completed technical professional training, supplemented by continuing education, for example as a facility and maintenance management manager, in business management (NDS) or through equivalent training (diploma)
• Specialist with several years of experience in a management position; ideally, long experience in the field of maintenance as well as in the provision and operation of complex infrastructures
• Strong leadership skills and training abilities; good communication skills, team spirit, ability to assert oneself, and a great sense of responsibility; experience in the field of construction projects desired
• Basic training in the field of firefighting/respiratory protection desired
• Availability to perform on-call duties and military services
• Availability to perform a large part of the working time during the day
