What you can achieve • You represent operational compliance topics in projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive the further development of our system and process landscape • You collect, analyze, and prioritize technical requirements in close cooperation with various stakeholders • You translate complex technical requirements into structured, implementable concepts and accompany their implementation • You actively help shape the further development of our system and process landscape and particularly participate in its transformation • You ensure that new requirements are integrated consistently, efficiently, and practically into existing structures • You take responsibility in working groups for the continuous optimization of our processes and contribute your own ideas • You continuously acquire new knowledge in compliance-relevant topics and thereby strengthen an independently acting team What you bring with you • Higher degree in BWL, Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study • Professional experience and sound knowledge in the area of compliance at a bank (e.g., GwG, AML, tax compliance, sanctions, PEP) • Experience in the analysis, structuring, and documentation of technical requirements is an advantage • Experience in projects in the financial environment, ideally in the role of SME or in a comparable function, is an advantage • Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability for proactive topic processing • Structured, exact, and team-oriented way of working as well as ability to prioritize several parallel topics • Solution-oriented and methodical way of working as well as strong analytical skills • Clear, target-group-oriented, and confident communication with different stakeholders as well as very good German skills; knowledge of another national language or English is an advantage • Openness to new topics and developments (e.g., Crypto, AI) as well as willingness for active and independent familiarization with new subject areas
