You are familiar with shoe supplies, orthopaedic aids and / or rehab technology and want to apply your expertise in a new environment? With us, you will make an important contribution to ensuring that our customers receive appropriate, economical and qualitatively convincing assistive device supplies.
In this versatile specialist role, you will strengthen our internal expertise, support our employees with demanding questions and actively develop our audit processes.

What you can achieve with us
You audit applications and cost estimates for orthopaedic shoe supplies as well as orthopaedic and rehab technology assistive devices.
You assess the requested supplies regarding appropriateness, simplicity, economic efficiency and compliance with tariffs.
You carry out technical preliminary examinations and decide which cases can be assessed internally and when an external specialist office should be consulted.
You clarify technical questions directly with service providers, therapists, doctors and other involved specialists.
You contribute your knowledge to the development and application of audit criteria, checklists and risk-based audit processes.
You support the employees and managers of the Sachleistungen department with complex technical questions and fundamental topics in these specialist areas.
Which skills are important to us
You have completed vocational training as a (Orthopaedic) Shoemaker EFZ, Specialist in Orthopaedic Shoe Technology BP, Orthopedist EFZ, Specialist in Rehab Technology BP or have a comparable training (e.g. Physiotherapist).
You have several years of professional experience in at least one of these specialist areas.
You are familiar with the different supply options and ideally already have knowledge of the corresponding tariff structures.
Knowledge in the social insurance sector, especially regarding assistive device benefits from the IV and AHV, is a plus. More decisive is your willingness to familiarize yourself with this subject area.
You analyze complex facts quickly, think economically and arrive at clear, technically justified recommendations.
You work carefully, structured and independently and like to take on responsibility.
Even when there are differing interests, you represent your professional assessment clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.
You value exchange with different professional groups and like to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
You are digitally savvy and quickly find your way around new systems and work tools.
We are a bilingual company. Knowledge of the respective other official language is therefore a plus.

Working hours:
Annual working hours (42 hours / week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks
Vacation:
