Division Manager Building Materials & Wood

Your tasks

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the Building Materials & Wood division
• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the 65 employees and managers
• Management of day-to-day business as well as ongoing optimization of processes, key figures, and profitability
• Maintenance and expansion of important customer and partner relationships as well as opening up new business opportunities
• Active participation in corporate development as a member of the corporate management

Your strengths

• Several years of experience in a leading position with responsibility for results
• Basic vocational training in a craft/trade & industry knowledge in the field of building materials/wood are an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire people, develop them, and achieve goals together
• Secure understanding of key figures, budgets, and economic contexts
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as negotiation skills and a confident appearance
• Good German and French skills
