Your mission
You will participate in the development and implementation of new grand feu enamelling techniques — such as cloisonné, plique-à-jour, grisaille, aventurine, translucent, opaque, or even paillonné — and will ensure production on dials and case components, in compliance with specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.
You will also contribute to the transmission of know-how by training department employees.
Your main responsibilities

• Participate in design phases in collaboration with designers (creation of drawings or watercolors for client validation).
• Exchange with technical and creative teams to anticipate manufacturing constraints.
• Realize trials, prototypes, and grand feu enamel demonstrators.
• Produce decorated components using different techniques, notably miniature painting.
• Develop new grand feu enamelling approaches and lead the integration of these techniques within the workshop.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to promote innovation and artisanal excellence.
• Ensure the training and support of employees on processes and professional gestures related to enamelling.

Your profile

• Training or specialization in grand feu enamelling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grand feu enamelling applied to high-end watchmaking components.
• Creativity and ability to project onto new designs.
• Analytical spirit, autonomy, and great flexibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
