To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated CNC grinding operator (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for highly automated manufacturing cells for the processing of turbine blades made of Inconel. Your area of responsibility includes profile grinding, automated laser processing, as well as metrological monitoring and quality assurance using state-of-the-art Zeiss coordinate measuring machines.

Your tasks:
Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC grinding machines and automated manufacturing cells
Carrying out profile grinding of turbine blades made of Inconel according to specified quality and process standards
Operating and monitoring automated Trumpf laser systems for the marking of turbine blades
Ensuring a disruption-free production process in shift operation
Optimization and adjustment of machining processes at the machine in cooperation with Quality, NCP, and process managers
Carrying out first-article, intermediate, and final inspections
Quality control using conventional measuring tools as well as Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Verification and documentation of measurement and inspection results
Error analysis as well as rectification of minor machine and system malfunctions
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work according to specifications
Active participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP)
Support in the introduction and optimization of new machines, manufacturing cells, and automation solutions
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications
Your profile:
Completed training as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, or comparable technical training
Several years of experience in CNC grinding or in precision machining is an advantage
Experience in handling automated manufacturing cells and robotic systems
Knowledge in the processing of nickel-based alloys, especially Inconel, is an advantage
Experience in operating Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Knowledge in handling automated laser systems is an advantage
Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
Experience in quality testing and production monitoring
Readiness to work in shift operation (2 or 2 shift+)
Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
Good German skills in speaking and writing
