At ELEVATE, we develop and realize demanding residential real estate - from energy renovation and modernization of existing properties to new construction projects. To strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for an experienced person, particularly comfortable in execution and detail planning, who brings their technical and constructive experience directly to our projects. Your role • Continuous elaboration and development of execution, detail, and workshop plans • Technical planning and deepening of our projects with a focus on the realization phase • Development of convincing detailed solutions in terms of construction, aesthetics, and economics • Coordination and integration of plans from specialists and other project stakeholders • Verification and harmonization of technical interfaces between architecture, specialist planning, and execution • Close collaboration with our global project managers, site managers, and the internal architecture team • Support during tenders as well as in the evaluation of technical solutions and contractor offers • Accompanying projects during execution and resolving planning issues on site • Ensuring our quality and design requirements until implementation Your qualification • Degree in architecture ETH/FH or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with a clear focus on execution planning and realization • Demonstrable experience in handling projects in the relevant SIA phases of tender and execution • Very good constructive understanding and pronounced detail competence • In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction regulations, norms, and planning standards • Confident mastery of ArchiCAD • Experience in housing as well as in transformation, renovation, or existing building projects is an advantage • Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method • You think beyond your own planning field and look for pragmatic solutions that also work on site Your benefits • Demanding and varied projects with great personal responsibility • Dynamic and innovative environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes • Attractive compensation and benefits packages that reward performance and commitment • Clear prospects for evolution (towards global project management, client representation, or management) • Promotion of continuous education and professional qualifications • Modern working tools and technology-oriented processes
