We manage TÜV-certified quality nurseries and kindergartens with long opening hours, central locations, modern premises and early stimulation programs for children from 3 months.

We are looking for our KINDERCARE site in Baar for a committed group leader for a mixed age group.

What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical promotion and support of the children entrusted to you
• Co-design of a day adapted to the ages and interests of the children
• Support for the documentation of children's development using portfolios
• Co-design of an educational partnership with families
• Organization of excursions and activities for parents
• Active participation in team meetings
• Contribute to an appreciative and family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Team spirit
• Personal initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Autonomous, structured and responsible way of working
