With 20 employees, we support numerous schools and continuing education institutions throughout Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented Application Manager who optimally supports our customers in using our software. Your tasks You support our existing customers in the application of our own software ESCADA2 and stand by them with advice and action The independent processing of software problems is part of your everyday life Planning, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of the necessary activities until a solution is found Collaboration with the development department to implement customer requirements User training of our ESCADA2 applications in our training room, at the customer's site (small groups) or in digital form Carrying out regular software updates for our customers Creating customer-specific documents and evaluations with Crystal Reports Administrative work such as creating electronic help files and documentation Your profile Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Experience in application management or in a similar role Knowledge in software administration and configuration Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers Working independently is no problem for you Very good German skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of French is an advantage After thorough and intensive training in our software ESCADA2, we offer you an interesting and demanding activity in the field of business informatics.
