For our Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality who wants to take on the role of Teamlead in the team «Frankieren Post». With you as Teamleader:in, our employees are in the best hands and we continue to succeed in processing approx. 5.5 million letters and shipments without addresses every day.

What you can achieve

• You lead a team of approx. 16 committed employees both technically and personally and ensure efficient personnel deployment.
• Together with your deputy, you form a strong leadership duo; you create short- and long-term deployment planning, conduct employee appraisals, and lead team meetings.
• You create the framework conditions for good team performance, placing value on quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• With your commitment, you lead and further develop your team with concrete goals and you act as a contact person and coach.
• To fulfill your role as a role model, you actively help out in day-to-day business. The working hours are in the late shift (14:00-23:00) and are performed in a 5-day week from Monday to Friday.

What you bring with you

• You possess a federal diploma (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification. In addition, you are willing to undergo further training in the field of leadership/logistics. Ideally, you already bring initial leadership experience in a similar area.
• Your leadership experience helps you to quickly find your feet in the new function. Organizational flair, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview in hectic situations characterize you.
• You place the contribution as a team above your own goals, set the right priorities, and communicate objectively and transparently.
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as advanced MS-Office skills round off your profile.
