Your mission

As Assistant Store Manager, you are the right hand of the Store Manager and simultaneously right in the middle of daily operations.

You…

• support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
• take over responsibility for the store in their absence
• support with staff scheduling, organization, and daily processes
• keep an eye on sales targets and store performance
• advise customers competently and with genuine enthusiasm
• present and demonstrate our products and make their technology understandable and experiential
• support your team on the sales floor and lead by example
• ensure a high-quality store appearance together with the team
• contribute your own ideas and help to continuously further develop our new store

What you bring with you

Ideally, you bring:

• experience in retail
• initial leadership experience or the clear desire to take the next step towards leadership
• enjoyment of active sales and direct customer contact
• a strong service and customer orientation
• interest in innovative products and new technology
• initiative and a sense of responsibility
• team spirit and a positive, solution-oriented manner
• a professional and sympathetic appearance
• flexibility for the working hours usual in retail, including Saturdays as well as early, middle, and late shifts
