What you achieve ##

• Co-responsibility for the development in the Property Management of Helvetia Service AG and participation in projects
• Personnel and functional leadership of an assigned group of employees
• Ensuring economical real estate management (yield, costs, value preservation)
• Control of maintenance, repair, and renewal measures
• Responsibility for compliance with the KPIs (budget, vacancies, etc.)
• Close cooperation with internal/external stakeholders (Asset Management, Facility Services, external service providers)

What you bring ##

• Completed studies in real estate management or business administration
• Additional training (e.g., Eidg. Dipl. Immobilientreuhänder) is an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in Real Estate Property or Asset Management
• Leadership skills (vision and motivation, communication, empathy, goal orientation), at least 5 years of leadership experience desirable
• Business fluent French skills, German and/or English skills are an advantage
