In this role, you will contribute to innovative research, development, and service projects. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop user-centred solutions at the interface of humans, design, and technology. You will plan and conduct user research studies as well as usability tests and UX evaluations, analyse user needs, and derive requirements for digital products and services. Based on this, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, as well as interaction and design concepts. In teaching, you will support students in project and bachelor theses and assist in the further development of courses in the field of User Experience Design.

Scientific Project Associate
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Information Design, Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a comparable field
- Experience in user research, usability engineering, or UX evaluation
- Knowledge of user-centred design as well as design and prototyping of digital products
- Ideally experience with accessibility, AI-supported methods and tools (e.g. Figma Make) along the user-centred design process (e.g. for research, ideation, prototyping or evaluation)
- Enjoyment of scientific work as well as collaboration with companies and research partners
- A communicative personality with organisational skills
- A motivated and interdisciplinary team within an innovative working environment with modern UX methods and technologies
- Varied research and service projects with renowned practical partners
- The opportunity to further develop your own research interests and publish scientifically
- Three weeks of annual time credit for personal development as well as the possibility to complete a part-time Master-s degree or doctorate
