CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d) – 100%

For our client, an established company in window production, we are looking for an experienced and reliable CNC machine operator, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled production machines
Setting up and converting the machines for various production orders
Processing profiles and components for window production
Inputting and checking machine parameters and production data
Monitoring the ongoing production process
Carrying out quality and dimension controls
Identifying and rectifying minor malfunctions on the machines
Tool changes as well as checking the tools used
Carrying out simple maintenance and cleaning work
Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
Compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications

Your Profile

Experience as a CNC machine operator, machine operator, or production employee with CNC knowledge
Experience in window, wood, metal, or industrial production is an advantage
Technical understanding and good manual dexterity
Confident handling of computer-controlled machines
Good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, and production specifications
Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
High sense of quality and responsibility
Willingness to work shifts
Team player, flexible, and resilient
Good German skills
