What you will achieve

• Support real estate management in the care of our own residential and commercial properties throughout Switzerland and independently undertake administrative tasks.
• Creation and management of lease agreements, addenda and terminations
• Care of residential and commercial rental relationships, lettings and re-lettings
• Telephone and written correspondence with tenants, authorities, craftsmen and service providers
• Checking and processing of invoices, heating and service charge statements
• Maintenance of master data and management of electronic dossiers
• Control of external accounting and assistance with internal annual financial statements

With us, you do not manage real estate of third-party owners. You work exclusively for our own residential and commercial properties and consistently represent the interests of the owner. In doing so, you receive a comprehensive insight into strategic, economic and sustainable aspects of real estate management and make a direct contribution to the long-term success of our real estate portfolio.

What you bring

• Commercial basic training with experience in real estate management
• Further training as a Real Estate Management Clerk is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with GARAIO REM (real estate software)
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• High service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Networked thinking and economic understanding
• Joy in working with various stakeholders
• Good German skills, French is an advantage
