Our restaurants include, among others, the Hornox, the Peakfine and The Dude in Zermatt; in Täsch we operate the Ribis & Stibis and the Da Vinci. WIR SUCHEN To strengthen our teams in several restaurants in Täsch and Zermatt, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented Chef de Partie, starting immediately or by arrangement. WIR ERWARTEN • Independent management of an individual station (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.) • Mise en Place and careful preparation of all required ingredients • Preparation and plating of dishes at all stations according to our quality standards • Ensuring a smooth workflow during service • Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) • Control of stock and quality • Support with ordering and receiving goods • Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness in the kitchen IHR PROFIL • Completed training as a cook or several years of professional experience in a comparable position • Sound specialist knowledge of all stations • Quality awareness and attention to detail • Resilience and a structured way of working • Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility • Independent and clean working style WIR BIETEN • Free ski rental in Zermatt • Two employee events per year • Discount on massages • Discount on overnight stays in all our hotels • Discount on Food & Beverage in all restaurants • Alpen Resort & SPA: SPA use every day from 10:00–14:00 • Matterhorn Inn: fitness area available all day
