Sales Collaborator

The employer is looking for a:

Educational and Commercial Consultant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• consultancy and orientation: welcome and manage requests for information (qualified leads) from potential students or companies, conducting personalized orientation interviews (in person, by telephone, and online)
• commercial development: present the institute's educational offer, prepare tailor-made quotes, and manage the entire sales process up to the closing of the registration
• B2B networking: contact and develop the corporate client portfolio in the territory to propose corporate training plans
• customer care: monitor student satisfaction during their educational journey, promoting loyalty and word-of-mouth
• administration: manage customer data via the company CRM system and monitor the achievement of students' educational objectives

Requirements:

• experience: proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in consultative sales, in the service sector, training, or temporary agencies
• language skills: native Italian with excellent knowledge of English and/or German (minimum required level: B2, written and spoken)
• interpersonal skills: strong empathy, active listening skills, and excellent communication abilities
• result orientation: strong commercial motivation, precision, autonomy, and an attitude toward goal-oriented work
• IT: excellent mastery of the Office Package and familiarity with the use of CRM systems
