Lead and manage -- as Head of Office of the Debt Collection Office in Biel, you will assume overall responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the office. You will ensure the efficient flow of proceedings and accompany the further development of the office.

Your tasks

• Lead the Biel office with 35 employees organizationally, personally, and technically and represent it to the public and partners
• Conduct internal controlling and report to the Head of Office
• Active participation in the further development of the office and the employees
• Process complex proceedings and legal inquiries
• Plan, lead, and coordinate meetings and projects

Your profile

• Completed training as a Debt Collection Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in the debt collection system and leadership experience
• Resilient, assertive, and capable of networked thinking
• Confident in style in spoken and written communication with debtors, creditors, lawyers, and authorities
• Very good German skills (C2), French business fluent (at least B1)
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
