Negishi Urban Susi, an innovative food concept of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was created in 2006 and has since earned a fixed place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classics to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The premises in Basel at Stänzlergasse is one of the few with a so-called Kaiten, also known as a sushi conveyor belt, and has 80 seats in the indoor area and 32 additional seats in the outdoor area.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Teamleader*in Service (a) 80%

per immediately or by arrangement

Your versatile activities:

• You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a top time with us 🥳
• As a leader, you hold our service team together and bring everyone on a course for success 🚀
• Quality is not a compromise for you and you take on responsibility with pride 📖
• Closing, inventories and Co.? You have the overview and manage it easy 📊
• New colleagues? You introduce them and make them ready for service 🙌

Your talents & experiences:

• You love working with guests and making their lives more colorful 🍹
• You have a basic gastro training or something comparable in your pocket 🎓
• Professional experience? Of course, you already have a few years under your belt and bring skills with you 💼
• Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, all the better 🚀
• Technology does not deter you: you have PC skills and digital tools mastered 💻
