Concierge (M/F) at 100%

Your mission:

• Ensure the order, cleanliness and routine maintenance of the buildings, common areas and outdoor areas of the site.
• Carry out inspection rounds and report anomalies, damage, leaks or dangerous situations.
• Perform small concierge tasks, repair, assembly, painting and restoration within the limits of their skills.
• Ensure the maintenance of the supplies store as well as the management and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure the collection, sorting and evacuation of waste and maintain collection areas clean and secure.

Your profile:

• Experience in concierge services, facilities management, industrial cleaning, building maintenance or a similar technical field.
• Good aptitude for manual work and ability to carry out small repairs.
• Knowledge of waste sorting, storage and evacuation rules.
• Sense of order, cleanliness, organization and priorities.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and availability to participate in the winter on-call service according to the needs related to weather conditions.
• Driver's license and autonomous means of transport.
