Registered Nurse HF/FH Early Rehabilitation
We are looking for you: An energetic nursing professional with experience in neurology. We offer you the postgraduate course in monitoring care and prepare you for use in our early rehabilitation. There, you will accompany our patients through their progress with an interdisciplinary team.
Tasks
Professional activating rehabilitation care and care of patients as well as support for relatives in early rehabilitation
Independent activity in an interdisciplinary team with various interfaces to doctors, therapists and other specialist departments
Ensuring quality and continuity in the nursing process
Personal responsibility and active thinking in an interesting and varied field of work
Profile
Diploma as a Registered Nurse HF / FH or comparable training / studies with experience in the specialist area of neurological rehabilitation (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
Recognized specialist training (NDK monitoring care, NDS intensive, anesthesia or emergency care) or the willingness to complete this
Experience in acute care / early rehabilitation and interest in the specialist area of neurological rehabilitation
Enjoyment of working independently in the interprofessional team
Strong quality awareness, resilience and flexibility
Very good oral and written German skills (B2)
Willingness to work in all shifts
