Your field of activity ###

• Ensure the stable and reliable operation of medical applications in specialized clinics such as the Kinderspital, the Frauenklinik, or the HNO and be responsible for 2nd-level support
• Capture requirements from the specialist departments, analyze existing processes, and continuously and practically develop the medical applications in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts, and training, help shape interfaces and data flows, and ensure structured documentation as well as knowledge exchange within the team

Your experience ###

• Bring a completed degree or training in computer science, medical informatics, or business informatics as well as experience in application management, business analysis, or process management; knowledge in healthcare as well as in interface and integration management is an advantage. Good English skills or experience in professional exchange in English are desirable
• Think in networks, recognize optimization potential in complex processes, and translate technical requirements into practical solutions
• Communicate clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner and move confidently in exchange with users, specialist departments, suppliers, and internal IT departments
• Act independently, reliably set priorities in a dynamic environment, and act in a solution-oriented and committed manner even under high pressure
