Well construction is more than drilling – it requires someone who maintains an overview, convinces customers, and leads projects to success. As a Project Manager Filter Wells, you take on responsibility from the first customer inquiry to the successful completion – on the construction site as well as in direct contact with customers and authorities.

Your tasks
Independent management of our small filter well projects, from the inquiry to the final invoice
Active acquisition as well as support and advice for our customers
Creation of offers and calculations
Regular assignments at our construction sites for inspections, meetings, and minor assistance
Coordination of construction site personnel and external partners
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality

What you bring with you
Training or studies as a geologist, construction or environmental engineer, or basic vocational training with corresponding further training
Experience in project management or construction is an advantage
Comprehensive MS Office knowledge
Negotiation skills, enjoyment of customer contact, and technical flair
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
