We are looking for you as of 1 August 2026 to strengthen our team in person at the St. Gallen location as Educational Consultant and Site Manager 80 % (m/f/d) Your task Together with the interested parties, you plan suitable educational paths and options based on the individual profile. To this end, you create an educational plan which shows the appropriate educational offering across levels and areas according to personal needs. You support the team with your experience in projects and reporting. Thanks to your host mentality, you are the prudent contact person for all concerns of students, lecturers, and subtenants at the location. You are responsible for a flawless location and room planning. Your activities as an Educational Consultant include: Responsibility for supporting interested parties in their information, decision-making, registration, and admission processes Conducting advisory consultations, by telephone, via video chat, or on-site Processing and follow-up of inquiries from interested parties on all channels Collaboration in and execution of presentations at information events and marketing campaigns Implementation of measures and formats for customer retention and care during and after the educational course Maintenance of leads in the CRM system as well as collaboration in analysis and reporting Collaboration in projects for the further development of ipso! educational consulting Your activities as a Site Manager include: Contact person for students, lecturers, and subtenants at the ipso! St. Gallen location Responsibility for room requirement planning at the location, involving the needs of program management, including the rental of external premises Definition of services and processes for room maintenance, technical building services, and repairs at the location in cooperation with Facility Management and IT services Responsibility for the conclusion and implementation of intra-year subtenancy relationships based on specifications regarding contracts and external cost estimates Your requirements Joy in discovering the individual potential of interested parties from various customer groups and showing suitable, personal educational paths Experience in consulting and selling complex or personal services A confident appearance with host mentality as well as high service orientation A very high degree of initiative and readiness to work in a process- and result-oriented manner very good German skills Readiness to work independently and responsibly even without direct colleagues at the location itself, while being integrated into a supra-regional team Readiness for assignments at information events in the evening/on weekends We offer We are a diverse and passionate team distributed across various ipso! locations.
