We are looking for a new team member as Regional Operations for the Mittelland / Nordwestschweiz / Aargau region (m/f/d) starting immediately.
Your mission: To strengthen our branch teams directly on-site and actively help shape the success of our branches.
Your job: Operational support and sustainable development of the region
BestDrive by Continental is the new service brand of Continental AG with around 70 of its own branches throughout Switzerland. Additionally, 47 FleetPartner expand the network. The new brand is gradually emerging from the brands Pneu Egger and Adam Touring and is intended to visibly represent the long-standing affiliation with the Continental Group to the outside world in the future.
We offer car service, tires, and accessories in our branches: for a perfectly maintained vehicle that guarantees great driving comfort and maximum safety in every traffic situation. In the tire trade, we have been the leading company in Switzerland for years.
Tasks to be performed
As Regional Operations, you are the operational staff unit of the Head of Region and support our branch teams directly on-site. You accompany the teams in daily business, implement improvements together, and ensure the sustainable anchoring of our ISO standards in the areas of quality, environment, and occupational safety.
Operational support for the Head of Region as well as contact person for branch, workshop, and sales teams
Introduction, implementation, and further development of processes, standards, and ways of working in the branches
Further development of the tire and car service business based on operational key figures and concrete improvement measures
Ensuring and further development of quality, environmental, occupational safety, and Safety First standards
Planning and implementation of training as well as responsibility for vocational training in the region
Close cooperation with the support areas in Aarau and participation in regional projects
What we expect
Strong persuasiveness as well as the ability to successfully drive changes across departments
Completed basic technical training in the automotive sector
Completed business administration further training (e.g., Technischer FA, Betriebswirt im Automobilgewerbe or Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF)
Several years of professional experience in tire, workshop, or car service; leadership experience is an advantage
Joy in empowering employees and managers as well as in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvements
Analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of processes, key figures, and business administration contexts
High digital affinity, especially for AI-supported applications; very good Microsoft 365 knowledge, Power BI is an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative and implementation strength
Very good German skills as well as willingness to travel within the region
