For our export site installation department, we are looking for a junior assembly technician / external assembly supervisor at 100%.

Your mission:

• Supervise and control the assembly work of turbines and their accessories, respecting quality and deadlines
• Coordinate assembly personnel and subcontractors on site
• Respect and enforce occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
• Establish daily and weekly reports on the progress of work on site
• Represent the company on site and defend our interests, from a "claim management" perspective
• Travel mainly in France and Africa, occasionally in the rest of the world
• Provide support at the start of commissioning
• Proactively participate in feedback/lessons learned

Your profile:

• Technical training such as polymechanic or mechanic
• Several years of experience in the workshop and/or on site as a rotating machinery installation supervisor, or as an assembler with a rapid perspective of evolution toward the position of installation supervisor
• Direct experience in our sector of activity is a plus
• French native speaker with excellent knowledge of English. German and/or Spanish are an asset
• Pragmatic, with a high capacity for organization and anticipation
• Sense of responsibility, reliable, oriented towards customer satisfaction
• Stress resistant
• Open-mindedness and capacity for cultural adaptation
