Missions

• Service in 5* Restaurant & Hospitality: Ensure personalized welcome, advice, and impeccable table service according to luxury standards.
• Events & Catering: Participate in the running of banquets, galas, private receptions, and large-scale corporate events.
• Mise en place & Setting: Ensure refined table setting, preparation of side stations, and compliance with HACCP standards.
• Customer Relations: Embodiment of the prestige of our clients through a professional, discreet, and elegant posture.

Profile sought

• Experience: Imperatively 2 to 3 years of experience within a 5* hotel, gastronomic/starred restaurant, or exceptional caterer.
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English indispensable (any other language is a plus).
• Soft skills: Excellent sense of service, impeccable presentation, discretion, and great adaptability to different work environments.
• Flexibility: Availability for variable hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) depending on missions.
