We are going to achieve together Solutions Architect We are going to achieve together The Thermal Operation unit's mission is to guarantee SIG customers a quality thermal energy supply, while ensuring operational continuity within a secure framework. It maintains production facilities as well as heat and cold networks throughout the canton of Geneva. Your energy in service of a sustainable Geneva As a Thermal Solutions Architect (IT/OT), you contribute, through your expertise, to the development, operation, and securing of industrial control systems as well as the IT/OT infrastructures of thermal networks. Your missions will be the following: Guarantee the availability, reliability, and security of IT/OT computer systems in compliance with cybersecurity requirements; Ensure the evolution of computer systems in compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks; Implement cybersecurity requirements based on the NIST framework; Participate in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of IT and OT environments; Administer and secure virtualization infrastructures as well as the different networks; Define and deploy operational processes and standards related to industrial systems; Write technical documentation and provide functional support; Collaborate with service providers and maintenance partners intervening on the systems; Participate in the skill development of the operation and maintenance teams on system, data, and cybersecurity aspects. Your personality and your skills You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a spirit of innovation. Curious and autonomous in your learning, you are interested in information technologies and industrial systems. Organized and rigorous, you possess good analytical and synthesis skills. You are recognized for your communication skills and your open-mindedness. Proven experience in the management of IT and OT systems; Solid knowledge of network infrastructures, IT security, and cybersecurity frameworks, notably NIST; Knowledge of industrial automation and control environments; Experience in the administration of systems, networks, and virtualized environments. Your academic background: Bachelor or Master in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or automation, accompanied by 5 to 10 years of professional experience; or an equivalent training deemed appropriate completed by significant professional experience in the field.
