Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for a:

Waiter/Waitress Team Member Service (reported profession)

Tasks:

• constant compliance with the company's internal guidelines for practical work and uniform standards
• compliance with specified opening/closing times
• processing incoming orders
• preparing and serving products and sides according to KFC standards
• preparation of products and sides ready for sale in accordance with KFC standards
• compliance with the company's internal guidelines regarding product packaging
• compliance with all hygiene regulations in accordance with legal provisions and internal company standards
• compliance with all safety regulations in accordance with legal provisions and internal company standards, ensuring a safe workplace
• checking all products taking into account their shelf life

Requirements:

• ability to work in a group
• resistance to stress
• hospitality qualities
• good knowledge of English
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• category B driving license
• having own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Lugano
• employment at 40%
• employment by prior agreement, permanent
• shift work, night work, Sunday work and holiday work
• wage remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
