October 2026 or by arrangement for a Mitarbeiter Sicherheit und Betreuung (Nacht und Wochenende) (w/m/d) You ensure that regular center operations and an orderly community life are ensured during the night and on weekends You undertake diverse care and engagement tasks You plan and carry out activities for children and adults In emergency situations, you act calmly and prudently, alert emergency services if necessary, and work together with them You offer support in the kitchen and complete administrative tasks Working hours: Mo.-So.: 16:45-00:15 Uhr with subsequent overnight stay in the center and active working time from 07:00-08:15 Uhr / Sa./So.: Day service A completed training or an equivalent qualification or further education (e.g. Migrationsfachperson) Strong social competence, resilience, and confident appearance in challenging situations German language skills at least at C1 level Driver's license category B Foreign language skills are an advantage A exciting and varied task in the field of security and care Insight into different cultures and languages Diverse further training opportunities and good social benefits A discounted Ostwind-Abo for your mobility A centrally located workplace in the heart of Wil For further information, Salar Malla Hamed, Operations Manager (), is available to you until 17.
