What awaits you

• You not only lead an 11-member Infrastructure / Facility Management team, but also ensure that everything runs smoothly across 70,000 m² of industrial infrastructure – from state-of-the-art building technology to complex operating systems.
• A leadership role with a pronounced hands-on mentality and direct technical proximity to operations instead of a pure management function
• Ensuring the reliable operation of buildings, technical systems, external locations, as well as the entire infrastructure using and monitoring a complex building management system
• Organization, coordination, and support of maintenance and repair work, fault rectification, as well as cleaning, disposal, winter, and on-call services
• Active participation in day-to-day operations with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Supervision and coordination of external service providers and craft businesses
• Close cooperation with production and other internal stakeholders
• Independent management of smaller projects and sub-projects, as well as participation in larger projects such as conversions, expansions, and optimizations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental specifications
• Maintaining documentation as well as using digital tools and FM systems

What you bring with you

• Completed technical, manual, or operational basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training in the field of Facility Management, building technology, or operational maintenance
• Mandatory professional experience in technical building management or infrastructure operation of an industrial, production, logistics, or automation company
• Several years of leadership experience of a technical operations, infrastructure, or facility management team in an industrial or production environment
• Experience in participating in projects, initial experience in leading smaller projects or sub-projects is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality as well as a reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
• Confident handling of digital tools and FM systems
• Business fluent German skills as well as an impeccable reputation
• Willingness for on-call and standby services as well as high presence on-site at the locations Willisau (approx. 90 %) and Mägenwil (approx. 10 %); corresponding willingness to travel is required
