Your main tasks

You are responsible for the professional and organizational management of leisure activities and activation. You plan and coordinate varied activities that promote the well-being, independence, and quality of life of the residents. In addition, you lead the activation team, optimize the existing offers, and work closely with nursing, care, and relatives.

Your profile

You have completed training in the field of activation, everyday life design, or care, ideally supplemented by corresponding further training. You bring experience in working with older people as well as preferably initial leadership experience. You convince through social competence, creativity, organizational talent, and an empathetic manner.
