Corporate Technical Manager
As a Corporate Technical Manager, based in Fribourg, you ensure the technical management of a portfolio of corporate insurance contracts (civil liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims processing, in coordination with insurers, clients, and Sales Managers.
You ensure regular contact with clients, mainly by e-mail and by telephone, supplemented by in-person or video conference meetings.

Updating and managing the portfolio according to client needs and market evolution
Risk analysis
Adaptation and optimization of coverages
Management of calls for tender and preparation of comparisons
Presentation of results to clients
Monitoring and management of claims
Negotiation with insurance companies
Advising clients and portfolio loyalty
Your profile
Proven experience in property and casualty insurance, with a Federal Diploma of specialist in insurance or equivalent training
Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (type Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.)
Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, sense of analysis, rigor, and autonomy
Interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, customer orientation, and strong team spirit
Mastery of French orally and in writing
Workplace: Fribourg
Activity rate: 80% to 100%
