Your tasks include: Rental of apartments and ancillary objects Handover and acceptance of rental objects Processing of tenant inquiries/complaints Coordination of repairs during tenant changeover Management/maintenance of tenant files Billing/processing of the final statement upon tenant move-out Tenant correspondence and general correspondence Telephone service in the mornings 08:30-11:30 AM Various office work What you bring with you Basic commercial training Real estate management clerk is an advantage Practical experience is an advantage Very good German language skills Sound IT knowledge Exact and reliable way of working What you can look forward to Our homepage is perhaps not the most modern in Switzerland and our office will probably not immediately win an architecture prize either.
