Junior Project Planner / Schedule Planner (m/f/d)

  Your tasks • Take responsibility for the planning and execution of all activities related to the creation, control, updating, and reporting of the schedule • Successfully implement guidelines regarding scheduling in accordance with BakerHicks standards in projects and within the company Furthermore, your tasks include • Communication and coordination: Close communication with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and objectives and to ensure that everyone is on the same page • Scheduling and development: Developing detailed schedules for the planning and construction phases in accordance with company guidelines is one of your main tasks • Project coordination and management: Supporting the coordination and management of projects, including obtaining necessary information and monitoring project progress • Schedule monitoring and adjustment: Performing regular updates to the schedule, monitoring progress compared to the baseline, identifying deviations, and developing alternative scenarios • Risk management: Identifying potential risks and uncertainties in the schedule and supporting the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans • Resource management: Coordinating the effective allocation of resources with the project team to ensure optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials • Continuous improvement: Implementing best practices in project planning and scheduling and continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and results   Your profile • A university degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  • Strong business and commercial awareness • High flexibility and willingness to travel depending on project assignment • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing required, French skills are an advantage   Your future with us An exciting challenge with plenty of creative freedom within your area of responsibility awaits you.
