Requirements:

• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• The well-being and quality of life of the residents are important to you
• You make sound, independent decisions even in demanding situations
• An appreciative and empathetic manner with people is natural for you
• You are resilient, flexible and have good organizational skills
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing

Activities:

• You take responsibility for the holistic care and nursing of the residents
• You ensure the quality of application
• You take on day responsibility as well as shift responsibility in your department
• You are co-responsible for the nursing process and for the correct nursing documentation
• You lead and conduct case discussions
• You are an important contact person for trainees and the assistant staff in your team
