CIMO Compagnie industrielle de Monthey SA is a Swiss company created in 1997 composed of 450 employees in 80 specialized trades. Embedding its strategy in a will for sustainable development and innovation, CIMO is active, notably, in the following fields: energy production and distribution, residue treatment, technical maintenance, engineering, automation, hygiene and safety, environment, laboratory, occupational medicine.

We are looking to complete our management team with a Commercial and Projects Director

Your mission :
Member of the management team and reporting to the Director General, you develop and enhance the activities of CIMO and the industrial park by strengthening relations with current and future clients. You expand the client portfolio by identifying new growth opportunities, by steering internal and external projects.

Your activities :
Commercial development and client relations

• Define and implement the commercial strategy of CIMO
• Develop and manage the client portfolio
• Identify and realize new development opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Strengthen the client culture within the company
• Participate in representing CIMO to clients, partners, authorities, and economic actors

Steering of projects and mandates

• Supervise the portfolio of internal and external strategic projects and mandates
• Guarantee the alignment of projects with the strategic objectives of CIMO
• Ensure the monitoring of results, resources, risks, and expected benefits
• Arbitrate priorities and support project managers

Marketing and promotion

• Define and steer the internal and external marketing and communication strategy
• Promote the image of CIMO and the industrial park
• Enhance the service offering to current and new clients
• Contribute to the attractiveness of the site in order to welcome new industrial activities

You possess :

• Higher education (university, EPF or HES) in engineering, economics, management or a field deemed equivalent
• Complementary training in management, project management or commercial development.
• Confirmed experience in a management function
• Significant experience in a complex industrial environment
• Proven experience in commercial development, strategic client management, commercial negotiation and project management
