Are you passionate about data, artificial intelligence and team management? Join a team that accompanies the digital transformation of BCVS and contributes to creating value through the proper use of data. As Data & IA Manager, you will be at the heart of strategic projects aimed at developing the uses of data and IA.
As a Manager, you develop the talents of your team. As an experienced IT engineer in Data platforms, you are directly responsible for designing and implementing flows and reports/lists on the bank's systems (ODI, SAP BO, Databricks).

Concretely? #####

• You will steer the bank's Data & IA strategy and accompany its implementation through an ambitious roadmap, creating value for business units and clients.
• Your activities will lead you to supervise and develop the Data & IA team as well as external partners, ensuring the prioritization of activities, operational excellence and the evolution of skills.
• You will guarantee the governance, quality and valorization of data by evolving the bank's data platforms and ensuring the reliability, traceability and usability of information.
• You will ensure the support of business units in the identification, design and deployment of Data & IA solutions meeting the strategic and operational challenges of the organization.
• A hands-on profile, you personally carry out the design, implementation, documentation and production monitoring of operational flows and reports/lists in legacy platforms (ODI, SAP BO) and Cloud (Databricks).
• You will contribute to the development and industrialization of IA use cases in collaboration with stakeholders, while ensuring their adoption within a framework compliant with security, risk management and regulatory requirements.

Does the challenge tempt you? This position is made for you if- #####

• You have higher education in the IT field (EPFL, HES or equivalent) and benefit from several years of experience in the data field, particularly in data engineering, ideally in a banking environment.
• You master Data technologies such as ODI, Oracle, SQL, Databricks or equivalent, and possess the skills and experience necessary to contribute to the development of IA platforms based on Microsoft and Databricks technologies.
• You possess good knowledge of the issues related to data governance, quality, security and compliance.
• You have good knowledge of German and/or English.
• An involved and proactive person, you know how to convey a clear vision, challenge expressed needs and transform business expectations into concrete, high-value-added solutions aligned with the bank's strategy.
