Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) for growing STWEG portfolio 50-60%, Ref. 7281S

Area of responsibility

In this exciting position, you are responsible for the independent management of a portfolio consisting exclusively of STWEG. Since the STWEG area is currently still in development, the portfolio is still manageable at the beginning. During the course of your employment, it will grow.

You ensure technically correct and high-quality management of the portfolio and also conduct the condominium owners' meetings. Within the team, you also take on an important deputy function.

Your strengths and experience

Do you have a passion for the STWEG area? For this position, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in the management of STWEG
• Confidence in independently conducting condominium owners' meetings
• Independent way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration and professional exchange within the team
• Very good German in spoken and written form
