With Medical Remote Monitoring, we safely and continuously monitor people with complex medical needs in their homes. Vital parameters are transmitted in real time to our monitoring center in Horn TG and monitored by qualified specialists.
After the successful setup phase, we want to further develop, standardize, and scale our innovative care model. For this purpose, we are looking for a committed personality who takes on professional responsibility and actively helps shape further development.
Your tasks
In this key role, you will take on the professional responsibility for Medical Remote Monitoring and actively develop the care model. Your main tasks include:
Further development of concepts, processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Professional guidance and support of employees
Development and implementation of training and induction concepts
Analysis and optimization of existing processes and structures
Participation in projects, workshops, and interdisciplinary working groups
Representation of the care model towards partner organizations, service providers, and other stakeholders
Collaboration with financing partners, authorities, professional organizations, and other relevant bodies
Identification of new areas of application, technologies, and care approaches.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a personality with professional competence, a will to shape, and joy in an innovative care model. You sustainably possess:
A solid education in healthcare, e.g., HF, FH, Bachelor, Master, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in healthcare
Conceptual and analytical skills
Interest in digitalization, telemedicine, and new forms of care
Initiative, independence, and a sense of responsibility
Confident appearance and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
Very good, stylistically confident German language skills in speaking and writing
Experience in project management, process management, care development, telemedicine, or Managed Care is an advantage.
