What you do with us: Shape the future of Lindt - for our ERP transformation, we are looking for an experienced personality to be responsible for Organizational Change Management (OCM). In this key role, you will create orientation, empower managers and employees, and ensure that change is sustainably anchored in our organization. You develop and steer the OCM strategy for the S4FARI transformation in Switzerland You conduct Change Impact Assessments and translate changes into concrete fields of action for managers and employees You analyze stakeholders, develop engagement strategies, and promote the acceptance of the transformation You build a Switzerland-wide Change Agent network and support it through coaching, methods, and best practices You develop communication concepts and ensure that the right messages reach the right target groups at the right time You define the training and enablement strategy and ensure that employees are optimally prepared for new processes and ways of working You work closely with program management, stream leads, business functions, HR, corporate communications, and external partners You measure progress, change readiness, and adoption and derive targeted measures from them When you fit with us: You have several years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally in transformation or ERP projects You know how to win people over for changes and successfully involve different stakeholders You bring experience in the areas of stakeholder management, change impact assessment, communication, and training You convince through your confident appearance, strong communication skills, and your tact in dealing with different stakeholder groups You work in a structured, pragmatic manner and do not lose track even in complex projects You communicate stylishly in German and English We are all unique!
