Main responsibilities • Organize and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring monitoring of the production plan, priorities and deadlines. • Supervise, support and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team of around 12 people. • Provide direct technical support on the ground: adjustments, programming, commissioning, optimization and resolution of machining problems. • Program and optimize machining on CNC machines, in particular via Alphacam and FANUC / Robodrill commands. • Ensure human and technical versatility in the machine park to ensure production continuity. • Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flow and working methods. • Collaborate with support services and be the field relay to production, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
