To strengthen our team at the Olten location with an area of operation in the Mittelland region (parts in the Canton of Solothurn & Canton of Aargau) on large construction sites and industrial plants, we are looking for an Electrical Site Manager / Site Manager Electrical 80%-100% immediately or by arrangement.

• Assembly and installation: Execution and supervision of low-voltage and high-voltage installations in new builds and renovations for customers in various industries.
• Team coordination: Leading the installation team and ensuring the timely execution of work.
• Quality management: Checking the quality of work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Planning and organization: Support in the planning of construction processes and efficient organization of work processes on site.
• Documentation: Creation of reports on construction progress and documentation of installation work.
• Communication: Close cooperation with site managers, architects, and other trades for optimal project execution.

What defines you.

• Successfully completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and an independent way of working.
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as driver's license Cat. B.
