Telecommunications Sales Advisor (w/m/d) 80-100% Visp

Type of work:

• Thanks to your commercial and technical skills, you ensure customer follow-up in the shop
• Advise competently and actively on products and services in the fields of mobile telephony, Internet, television, security, cloud, etc.
• Presentation of devices and offers
• Participation in the store layout
• Meticulous control of new deliveries in terms of quality, quantity and compliance with deadlines
• Professional preparation of goods for shipment to the distribution center
• Receive repaired devices and prepare their handover, inform customers that they are ready to come and pick them up.
• Assistance during inventories

Requirement profile:

• Completed training (CFC/AFP) in sales or in a service field
• Experience in the field of telecommunications or consumer electronics is a great advantage
• Enjoy contact with customers
• Friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge in the use of Office, Apple and Android devices
• Good knowledge of German (B2), French and English (A2)
• Team spirit
• Communicative and reliable
• Irreproachable reputation
• Temporary mission for 6-12 months, with option of extension or permanent employment
