Job description ##
• Imagine, design, and develop watch products in line with OMEGA's identity, product vision, and project objectives
• Participate in creative research, new product development, and the evolution of existing collections
• Carry out 3D CAO development of products with a high level of mastery of volumes, proportions, and details
• Produce renderings, presentations, and Design supports that enable communication of intentions and support decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, the Technical Office, Product Development teams, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers to accompany projects until their industrialization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Design methods, standards, and tools
Profile ##
• Higher education in Product Design, Industrial Design, Watch Design, or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in product development, ideally acquired in the watch industry
• Excellent mastery of 3D design. Knowledge of CATIA and surface design is a significant advantage
• Excellent mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and a rendering software (KeyShot or equivalent)
Required skills ##
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and constraints related to watch product development
• Proven sensitivity to proportions, volumes, details, and perceived product quality
• Ability to develop relevant concepts and translate them into consistent, feasible, and project-aligned solutions
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities allowing for the management of several developments in parallel.
