Surgical precision and modern ophthalmology are at the center of your daily work. As a specialist in ophthalmology with a surgical focus, you will work in Zürich with a workload of 60 to 100 % and independently perform procedures in a specialized environment. You combine operative activity with conservative care and specifically contribute your professional expertise to a modern and structured working environment. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Independent performance of cataract surgeries including Femto as well as ICL and CLE
• Additional activity in conservative ophthalmology
• Care of patients throughout the entire treatment process
• Working with state-of-the-art infrastructure and clearly defined processes
• Close cooperation in a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team

What you bring with you

• Completed specialist training in ophthalmology or shortly before completion as well as additional surgical qualification for Switzerland or an accordingly recognized degree
• Practice permit or the possibility to obtain one in the Canton of Zürich
• Independent and precise way of working with a high standard of quality
• Strong social and communication competence in dealing with patients as well as in the team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
