Assembly Worker 100% Work location: Umgebung Waldstatt AR For our customer in the Waldstatt region, we are looking for a quality-conscious and precise personality for the assembly of fine cable assemblies, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Assembly & preparation: Professional assembly of components according to work papers and drawings, as well as shortening, stripping, and soft soldering of cables. • Precision assembly: Attaching cable connectors while adhering to high technical specifications and quality standards. • Quality inspection: Independent control of the manufactured components as well as consistent compliance with all safety and quality regulations. • System feedback: Correct recording and reporting of completed production orders in the SAP system. Qualifications Your profile / Requirements • Experience: Initial experience in component assembly, handling small parts, as well as knowledge in reading manufacturing drawings and using tools. • Skills: Excellent vision, high concentration ability, and pronounced fine motor skills (experience with optical aids such as magnifying glasses or microscopes is an advantage). • Working style: Exact, independent, and reliable way of working with a high standard for one's own quality. • IT & Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic user knowledge (ERP/SAP is an advantage). • Personality & Flexibility: Team-oriented personality with a willingness to work overtime and flexible shift models.
