Tasks

• Technical support and further development of the performance recording application IBICare
• Creation, maintenance and optimization of performance catalogs, performance documents and performance blocks and ensuring their up-to-dateness
• Conducting training for new employees and supporting users in the safe handling of the performance recording software
• Correct and complete recording of medical services in the emergency department
• Contact person for doctors in the area of performance recording
• Coordination of subsequent recording of missing services and maintaining close exchange with the service providers
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical controlling and patient administration
• Participation in ongoing tariff projects

Requirements

• Medical or nursing training
• Good tariff knowledge
• Experience in the field of performance recording or control as well as with electronic patient records
• Very good IT skills, IBICare Office Desktop and KISIM knowledge an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
