Operations Assistant (m/f/d)

For our client, a well-known company in the Winterthur (ZH) region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as an operations assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Precision & Quality: You will take over the professional filling and packaging of our high-quality seeds, thereby ensuring our product standards.
• Structure & Order: You will actively support general warehouse work and ensure a structured, clean warehouse.
• Hands-on Logistics: You will routinely master the loading and unloading as well as the safe internal movement of goods (containers up to max. 20 kg) in everyday life.

• Physical Fitness: You are resilient and enjoy actively helping out in daily business.
• Working Method: You always work carefully, conscientiously, and are characterized by a brisk working pace.
• Language Competence: Good German skills (from level B2) for the effortless understanding and implementation of work instructions.
• Personality: Punctuality, high reliability, and a strong team spirit characterize you.
