Sales Assistant Inside Sales

Our client is a traditional Swiss family business and market leader in sheet metal processing. To strengthen the sales team, the client is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant Inside Sales (m/f) who advises customers competently, prepares offers, and acts as an important interface between customers and internal departments.

Your tasks

• Carry out customer advice on the entire product range and services
• Competently process telephone inquiries in German
• Create offers, follow up, and process customer orders
• Support field service and independently maintain CRM data

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or commercial basic training
• Very good German skills, ideally French or Italian
• Good technical understanding required for product advice
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
